Suzanne, 30 people, 6 pm start time, u-shape table set up with headtable and 3 chairs, put a couple of tables at the back or to the side of room depending upon which meeting room they are in. Will contact us if they need equipment for a meeting. Will not meet if school closes due to weather. (DIA, 5:30 pm)
