Friends of Newburgh Chandler Public Library (NCPL) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization of community members dedicated to supporting and promoting the growth and development of the Newburgh Chandler Public Library System.

What do the Friends do?
Support the enrichment of the Library system’s programs
Focus public attention on our Library system, stimulate its use and promote citizen involvement in library activities.
Encourage gifts to the Library system.
Support pro-public library legislation.
Serve as an advocacy group for the library.
Sponsor programs, speakers and events.
Promote the library in the community, schools and at special events.
Provide a newsletter three times per year, a calendar of events to its members via email or USPS.
Membership dues are $7 for individuals, $12 for families, $35 for sponsors, and $100 for donors.
