Newburgh Garden Club – equipment and 1 round

Norma, 35 people, 9 am start time, 2  head tables at front with chairs, 2 long tables at door, 1 round table and 1 long table near sink for food, classroom style seating, laptop and projector (9/6, D, 8:30-noon)   UPDATED per Venita, extended the end time for this date rmb 3-10-17

UPDATED–10 extra chairs in the room and if you can fit 1 or even 2 more long table for people to sit at then that would be great.  Put the leftover chairs out of the way but not on the dolly. rmb 9/5/17
