Girl Scouts Troop 404 (GSSI) – equipment

Rebecca, 40 people, 6 or 6:30 pm start time, theater seating at front of room, 2 or 3 long tables with chairs for refreshments in space between theater seating and food tables, 2 long food tables at counter area, projector on av cart (has her own laptop), lectern, 1 head table-no chairs, 12 chairs to the front side for scouts to sit   (EM, 3:30 pm)
