Cheryl or Donna, 17 people, 2 head tables with 6 chairs and 1 chair on each end arranged midway in room facing the whiteboard, u-shape* using 3 tables with 3 chairs each (9chairs), 1 long near door for registration, and 1 long food at counter area. *The back of the u-shape should be at the front of room with the opening facing the counter. Set up microphone. (EM,5pm)
