  •  long tables w/chairs in rectangle with 2 openings (leave some room by windows so people can walk behind chairs)
  • 2 long tables in center
  • 5 extra chairs located along whiteboard
  • 1 long table in gallery
  • projector only on av cart – make sure HDMI cord is hooked up – put projector in the corner and they will pull it out if needed
