Bob wants to use all of the long tables and 4 half round tables. Friday is a set up day only for Saturday event. Put table tops down but do not lock wheels because they will arrange how they want it set up. Also wants 10 chairs. UPDATED wants 1 long table out in gallery on Saturday rmb 5/7/17
Saturday the 17th, they would like the wall put back up between the rooms around 11 am, but he will go to circ desk to request it when they are ready for the wall. UPDATED set up info. rmb 6/7/17 (COM, 1 pm) – This is a show so people will be coming and going.
