Private Event – Reece

Sheila, 8 round tables but do not lock the wheels and 48 chairs.  She will move the tables where she wants them and put the chairs around  UPDATED SET UP  rmb 4-26-16

• Wants 1 table for sign in near Emerald gallery door
• 2 long tables for food at Diamond
• Another long table in Diamond for gift bags closer to gallery door
• 20 extra chairs in Emerald side; leave on dolly so that she can move chairs around to where she wants them – stack dollies no more than 6 or 7 chairs max – she said she would be able to get them off but better safe than sorry
• Wants Flag by podium in front of windows
• Microphone and stand at podium (make sure batteries are good)
• 1 long table for display but I cannot remember where  so I’m going to say on Diamond side
• Set easel out – she’ll put it where she wants it
• leave all table locks off
