HEROES Regional Meeting – equipment

Laura, 80 people (main meeting starts at 12:30 pm but small meeting of 10 people at 10:30am), classroom seating starts on DIA side, 2 food tables in DIA, laptop and projector, microphone and stand at front, 2 registration tables near door DIA with just 3 chairs. Leave window area in Emerald clear of classroom seating as much as possible so vendor tables can go there: 8 half rounds along walls and windows but no chairs  (Combined, 10:30 a)
