Vannetta, 50 or more people, 2:30 pm start time, use the same 30 people classroom seating that the group before has scheduled, Add theater seating behind for 30 more chairs, podium, microphone, 2 easels, registration table between entrance doors off gallery   (Combined, 2 pm)   UPDATED She’d like to have 20 extra chairs in the EM back corner on dollies in case they need additional seating, 1 extra table in the DIA alcove area, 2 chairs at the front of room facing audience – see drawing in binder if needed – rmb 4-18-17
