Megan, 25 people, starts ar 8 am, For Diamond Room use classroom seating, 2 food tables, av cart with speakers – bringing their own laptop and computer. Put the wall up between the two rooms and leave all the doors unlocked because they will be going back and forth between the two rooms. Emerald Room only needs 5 chairs in it along a wall. UPDATED room set up needs rmb 1-13-16
