DIAMOND has classroom seating for 43 people, laptop and projector, microphones and stands (check batteries because it will be in use most of day), podium at front area, 3 tables for food and drink, In the space between classroom seating (DIA) and the lunch tables (EM) put a couple of tables facing front with a couple of chairs each since I do not know how many are coming from the state library.
EMERALD side needs seating for 50 to sit for lunch at either long or round tables, 1 long food table
GALLERY – Need 2 long tables for potatoes and fixings, 1 long table for salad and dressings. Tables can be lined up in middle of gallery so people can walk down both sides.
