General set up is 80 chairs theater style in Emerald Room. Diamond side needs the puppet theater set up facing the chairs. 2 food tables in Diamond. Put 25 chairs theater style in the alcove area of the room for the puppeteers (kids) to sit. (Combined, 4pm) UPDATED room set up needs. rmb 6-25-18
