UPDATED: 2 tables w/o chairs in the display area for a coloring activity.
1 half round table near the east entrance with 2 chairs by the scooter at the front of wall for museum people.
1 long and 1 half round tables by the benches mid-way so 1 table can hold a bin of water (filling up at the maintenance closet at restrooms), Will need small trash can, paper towels, and a few rags at the 2nd table to clean up water.
John Sprinkle’s long boat will be taped out on the gallery floor between restrooms and Diamond.
You can leave the wall down or put it up and set up only on Diamond side with 20 chairs, podium, and a spare table in case they have display items. We also need laptop and projector. If you want to go on and set up the next event in Emerald, that’s fine with the wall up or down – up to you.
Newburgh Museum will be setting up a small tv or laptop to run a slide show. This will be in the Diamond Room closer to the door area and not in alcove.
