Passports
Starting February 8, 2021, NCPL – Bell Road is accepting passport applications following health and safety guidelines to protect both our customers and staff.

Newburgh Chandler Public Library, at its Bell Road Library location, is a Passport Acceptance Facility. For a first time passport or for any renewal where the expiration date is older than five years, you must appear in person and can schedule an appointment with a passport acceptance agent to process your application.
Passport Appointments
The easiest way to set up an appointment is to email the passport agents at passport@ncplibraries.org or you can call 812-853-5468, ext. 301. Leave your name, phone number, and email address, and a passport agent will contact you to set up an appointment.
Appointments are scheduled for the following times:
- Monday – 1:30 pm until 4 pm
- Tuesday – 5:30 pm until 8 pm
- Wednesday – 5:30 pm until 8 pm
- Thursday – 9 am until 12 pm

- Completed and unsigned DS-11 application
