4 long tables with 6 chairs for vendors to sit in NE corner of Emerald room
In gallery, set 1 long table with 2 chairs in space between 2 doorways (in front of the big donor plaque
Podium and microphone set up front in Diamond Room
Projector with screen in Diamond (Make sure EM big window shades are down)
2 long tables at EM counter for drinks
2 long tables at Diamond counter for food
3 long tables for silent auction in Diamond alcove
Include a few extra chairs to the side or corner
