Start the new year with a commitment to good health by joining us on Wednesday nights for one of our most popular programs!
Led by Sifu Ron, an instructor with over 30 years of experience, this class is a gentle exercise of the mind, body, and spirit. The class is suitable for all levels of experience and can be easily modified to accommodate limited movement, injuries, or other health concerns.
WHEN: Wednesdays, 6-7pm
WHERE: Diamond Room, unless otherwise noted
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for movement. New students and drop-ins welcome!
