Todd, 100 people, chairs set up theater style with an aisle down middle, put the podium in the aisle mid-point facing the front along with a microphone stand and wireless mic, put another wireless mic at a head table at the front of the room with 3 chairs, put one extra table in the alcove area in case they need it   COM/rmb
