Joe, 38 people, 13 longs classroom style seating with chairs, projector on av cart with a laptop, add a table over to the side of room just in case he needs one but leave wheels unlocked   DIA/rmb     UPDATE – changed headcount to 38 people and added tables for guests, Also make sure small JBL speakers are hooked up to the av equipment for use   DIA/rmb 1/27/23   UPDATE-changed date to Feb. 15.  /rmb 2/2/23
