Evansville Coin Club – mic and equipment

Stephen, 50 people, theater seating (DIA, 1 pm)  UPDATED headcount to set up 50 chairs in the room /rmb 3/4/20

• 3 head tables with 2 chairs each, projection screen down
• 1 podium at end of headtables by chair closet
• Microphone, laptop and projector
• 3 long tables along the counter area
• 1 long table on short wall by kitchenette (wall w/ screen and blind switches)
• 1 registration table by gallery door
• 2 long tables in alcove area
