Donna, 15 people, see drawing in binder if needed (EM, 5:00p)

  • 4 long tables in U-shape with 12 chairs
  • 3 longs at front for head tables – 2 tables on sides of middle table are set at a slight angle with 3 chairs each, and the middle table is straight across with 1 chair
  • 2 long food tables at counter
  • 1 long table at front door area for registration (moveable wall area)
  • Will let us know when av equipment or microphone is needed.
