BSA Pack 325-Sharon School – equipment - Newburgh Chandler Public Library

Ryan, up to 75 people (COM, 5:30 pm) They are asking lsb if they can borrow the Legos from kids for this meeting. They are responsible for getting Legos from kids and cleaning them up and returning them to kids dept.

Projector and laptop in Diamond Room with screen – wants a few chairs placed around the projector for protection from kids bumping it
Diamond side – besides the av equipment, leave this room empty for Legos and activities
Emerald side – 2 tables in alcove entrance area with chairs for registration sign ups
Emerald side – 50 chairs theater style facing DIA side/backs to the EM windows (They would also like a couple of chair racks with chairs out of the way in case they need more)
Leave a table in middle of two rooms for them to move where they want it for displays
Emerald side – microphone set up with speaker to the front side of the chair area
