•  long tables w/chairs in rectangle with 2 openings (leave room by windows so people can walk behind chairs)
• 2 long tables in center
• 6 extra chairs located along whiteboard on chair dolly
• 1 long table in gallery
• projector and laptop on av cart left in corner of room if needed – make sure HDMI cord is hooked up
