Set Up for Collins event

Kathy – 45 people, (D, 9am) UPDATED-They booked Friday to set up the room in advance for Saturday’s event. /rmb 8/24/19  UPDATED set up /rmb 10-21-19

Using 13 long tables and 2 half rounds total

• 8 long tables and chairs in U with chairs on both sides-wants 2 longs on each side and 4 longs at the back of U (see the drawing on request form as to how she wants the corner tables)
• 2 long food tables at counter
• 2 long gift tables at white board
• Wants 2 half rounds in alcove area
• 1 long table for drinks
• Set up 3 extra chairs in corner in case needed and 2 chairs at the gift table
