Gary, people will be coming and going during event , 5 pm start time, 2 long food tables, av cart only, put 2 long tables behind cart with chairs on each side, 1 registration table near door, 4 to 6 chairs up at front facing screen for people to sit.  See drawing if needed.  UPDATED set up info rmb 7/1/16
